TWICE announces new project ‘Killin’ Me Good’ set for August release

K-pop girl group TWICE recently announced a new project titled “Killin’ Me Good” that is set to be released in August.

In a social media post, the teaser poster of the new project was revealed. “You’re #KillinMeGood. August 2023,” the post reads.

The image shows the title along with a hand holding the steering wheel of the car. A ring can be seen in one of the fingers in the hand.

TWICE is composed of nine members namely Nayeon, Jihyo, Momo, Jeongyeon, Mina, Sana, Tzuyu, Chaeyoung, and Dahyun. The group made their debut in 2015.

The group is known for the hit songs “The Feels”, “What is Love?”, “Heart Shaker”, “TT”, and many more. Among their popular albums are Hare Hare, SET ME FREE, READY TO BE, BETWEEN 1 & 2, and many more.
Following the post of the teaser poster, many fans of the K-pop group were quick to make speculations. Many fans believe that the project will be Jihyo’s much-awaited solo debut.

“Jihyo’s really going to set a new standard of what it means to make a solo debut bc she really is skilled in every department when it comes to being an artist,” a fan said in a tweet.

Among the members of TWICE, Nayeon was the first one to have her solo album. Her album IM NAYEON was released last year and consists of many popular K-pop songs such as “POP!”, “CANDYFLOSS”, “ALL OR NOTHING”, and a few more.

Many fans became excited after hearing the news. Even though many believe that the teaser is about the K-pop group’s comeback, others have a different speculation.

Based on the tweets online, many fans believe that the teaser poster is about Jihyo’s solo album because the design of her nails were similar to that of the nail in the teaser poster.
