EXO-Ls react to the shocking EXO-CBX vs. SM Entertainment fiasco, in true Twitter fashion

Kaya pa ba today, EXO-Ls?

On June 1, 2023, EXO members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to terminate their exclusive contracts with the company. This news, in itself, shocked EXO-Ls and the K-Pop stan community and have been making waves since its posting.

The news, unfortunately, also makes the full-group activities of EXO (sans Kai) unclear. Earlier this year, the group was announced to be making their comeback “after spring”, with the group having just celebrated their 11th anniversary with a fan meeting titled, “2023 EXO Fanmeeting ‘EXO’ Clock” last April 8-9, 2023.

EXO-Ls are currently feeling a multitude of emotions following the news surround Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin—anger, disappointment, fear, and a lot more. They all released their emotions and sentiments on Twitter, where most K-Pop stans usually lurk around.

At the same time, it had brought back memories of EXO-Ls dealing with the legal disputes between former EXO members Luhan. Kris, and Tao with SM Entertainment, as well as other former SM artists who have gone against the agency.

Fandoms of different SM Entertainment artists have also began wondering if their faves are undergoing the same thing.

Let’s all hope this doesn’t get messier than it already sounds. Fighting, EXO and EXO-Ls!
