ViVi and HyunJin to leave Blockberry Creative following their lawsuit win

5 more members to go.

On May 9, 2023, legal officials have announced that LOONA members ViVi and HyunJin have won their legal battle with Blockberry Creative and are set to leave the agency following their win.

The two follow the footsteps of the other members, HeeJin, Kim Lip, Jin Soul, Choerry, who have won their lawsuits to nullify their exclusive contracts with BlockBerry Creative in January 2023. Chuu, who was expelled from the group in November 2022, had also won her injunction against BBC in January 2022.

Prior to this report, the LOONA members who have previously left Blockberry Creative have been active in their new pursuits– Chuu is currently planning her solo debut whilst in her new agency, ATRP. HeeJin, Kim Lip, Jin Soul, and Choerry have begun their new activities with the “ARTMS Project” under Mod House.

Orbits were overjoyed to hear the news and sent all their congratulations to the members on social media. At the same time, Orbits are still praying that the remaining members under BBC to win their own lawsuits.

Congratulations to your win, ViVi and HyuJin! Orbits never lost hope and will never lose it as we all wait for Haseul, YeonJin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Gowon to win.

LOONA is 12, and will always be 12 no matter where they all go in the end.
