Will you look at that. We were just figuring out why January 2023 is long AF, and now here we are–summer has arrived. If you have no idea what to do for your summer break, here are some things you can do to make it worthwhile:
Have morning walks
It is extremely calming, and you get to look at your surroundings while also getting the vitamin D you need. This also stretches your muscles, if you participating in heavy workout sessions isn’t your cup of tea.
Watch a movie or TV show
You can catch up on your favorite movie or TV show either in the comfort of your own home or by going to the cinema. Sometimes it’s okay to escape from reality.
Brush up on your reading habit
There are a lot of interesting stories that can fascinate and entertain you in your spare time. You can either read at home or go to a place where it is very relaxing. That would set you up in a good mood and also work on your attention span, as reading helps with concentration.

Make iced/frozen treats
Halo-halo, popsicles, iced drops, ice candy, milkshake–they all can help you beat the summer heat. They can also help you earn money. It can be a very fun activity to do with your friends and family, while racking up cash on the side selling these frozen delights.

Visit museums
There are a lot of museums you can visit this summer to look at beautiful pieces of art. Take advantage of museums that do not charge entrance fees.
Bike around your neighborhood
Another good form of exercise is riding a bike. If you have one and know how to ride it then bike around your neighborhood to see things you haven’t seen before.
Learn to play an instrument
It’s time to dust off that guitar that has resided at the corner of your room. Learning to play a musical instrument can be a wonderful skill, and can also help increase your cognitive ability.
