Orbits have just reached a whole new level of anger this year. The reason? Still BlockBerry Creative.
On February 1, 2023, the Korea Entertainment Management Association confirmed that BlockBerry Creative had submitted a petition asking the South Korean court to suspend former LOONA member Chuu’s activities in the entertainment industry. The agency confirmed this and added that they had submitted the petition last December 2021—a month after her expulsion from the group.
Their agency’s petition included that Chuu had allegedly “tampered” with her exclusive contract with them in an attempt to switch agencies. BlockBerry Creative also claimed that the former LOONA member had already been in contact with another agency (BY4M Studio) in 2021. It can be remembered that the agency announced that Chuu has been officially dismissed from LOONA last November 2022.
In response to the petition laid by BlockBerry Creative, the Reward and Punishment Committee of the Korea Entertainment Management Association had requested Chuu’s attendance to the hearing. Her legal representative later on confirmed that the artist will be present during the inquest.
BlockBerry Creative have also mentioned their intent to submit petitions against HeeJin, Choerry, JinSoul, and Kim Lip, following their win against the agency and the termination of their exclusive contracts.
Orbits were clearly not happy with the malicious intent shown by LOONA’s agency and rallied on social media to air out their anger and frustrations. The fandom also started a petition to help the remaining LOONA members in their contract termination lawsuit.
🚨진행 중인 법적 절차에 따라, 탄원서를 수집하여 법무법인에 제출할 예정입니다. 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.
🚨Follow the instructions to submit the petition. These will be delivered to LOONA's lawyers.

bbc’s decision to submit formal petitions to ban both future activities for the members who won their lawsuits as well as chuu’s dec 2022 activities just further proves how malicious & spiteful the company truly is. didn’t get their way and now they want everyone to suffer. trash

apparently bbc is trying to black list chuu, heejin, kim lip, cherry, and jinsoul by reporting them to the korean entertainment management association. WTF!!! pic.twitter.com/34jldi5sFn

this cant be accepted like this really cannot be allowed.. they defamed chuu and harmed the girls the court cannot allow this to pass https://t.co/2bFf0dQJm4

it's just like funny that bbc thought the entire industry would turn against chuu when they kicked her out and said she power tripped and when the opposite of that happened, they turned to blacklisting her from the industry on the counts of contract violation like…

bbc thinking they're going to kick chuu and carry on like nothing happened only for the whole group to turn on them and side with chuu completely was so funny

there are truly no words to describe what bbc and lee jong myung are attempting to do to chuu and the girls who won their injunction. The lengths you have to go to try and ruin young girls lives like that, to try and make it so they CANT WORK again? absolutely fucking atrocious

Blockberry Creative has filed a petition to ban Chuu from the entertainment industry, and is planning to file petitions to ban the 4 other members (Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry) who recently won their injunctions.
Why? Because Blockberry Creative is a fucking joke.

LOONA broke the simulation because how the actual fuck you're publicly interacting with a member that your company kicked out a few weeks ago? https://t.co/BzP8dW0xDE

got reminded of this particular excerpt of one of bbc's announcements before this, them asking fans to "support loona's still-ongoing dreams and future" and yet theyre the ones whos trying to block their path and ruin their dreams pic.twitter.com/K9lWx86O3F

bbc are mad cuz they're at their lowest rn and they're taking their anger out on the girls. let's not forget loona are their only source of money and they probably lost so much money after canceling the cb when they might even started preparing the new bg lmfao

Everybody REMEMBER to sign Loona Union's petition to help with the other members' appeal and we need to spread the world of how nasty BBC is like they are tryna ruin these girls' careers out of pettiness https://t.co/ssZZ2hn4RK

It’s quite despicable to see these turn of events, tbh. If you’re not supporting Chuu, HeeJin, Choerry, JinSoul, Kim Lip, Haseul, Vivi, Hyunjin, HaSeul, Yeonjin, Yves, Gowon, and Olivia Hye after all the sh** that’s been happening thanks to BlockBerry Creative, what are you doing?
