On Wednesday, January 18, XG revealed on their YouTube channel the first official teaser of their third single, ‘SHOOTING STAR’. The song is set to be released on January 25. The spoiler of the music video amazed fans with the futuristic visual.
The 19-second teaser has a concept that shows interactions simulating an app. In the modern and cybernetic scenario, JURIN, CHISA, HARVEY, HINATA, JURIA, MAYA, and COCONA are shiny and with different hairstyles in blue. The song is filled with distinct sounds and intense beats. The lyrics say “Oh, ah, looking so lavish”, defining the tone of a track to increase ALPHAZ’s (their official fandom) self-esteem.
Along with the teaser, the YouTube channel also released the notification for the premiere of the ‘SHOOTING STAR’ official music video. The announcement also revealed the cover of the digital single and the album. XG’s third single will be part of a single album. Besides the track single, fans will also be able to listen to the track ‘LEFT RIGHT’.
‘SHOOTING STAR’ will be released on January 25 at midnight, while the music video will be released at 6 PM (JST/KST), on the group’s official YouTube channel.
