Drag Race Philippines, the Filipino franchise of the well-known American TV series RuPaul’s Drag Race, announced Paolo Ballesteros as the show’s host last July 12.

 

Some, especially those new to the show and who may not know Paolo that much, may wonder why he was chosen for this role. Well, Paolo embodies the drag spirit and creativity, as he himself has been doing make up transformation and impersonation years prior to Drag Race PH’s inception.
