‘The Office’s Kevin Malone is dropping his chili (recipe) in a new cookbook

If you’re a fan of The Office, you’re probably familiar with Kevin’s Famous Chili, and… uh, Kevin dropping the said pot of chili and making a huge mess in the office. Well if you’re curious and want to try making the chili yourself, it looks like Kevin is dropping the chili again, but this time, just the recipe for it.

You can now try to cook (without spilling on the floor) Kevin Malone’s 150 chili recipes at your own pace by following his cookbook that will be made available in September. Yes, you read that right — Kevin is finally getting his own cookbook for his chili recipes!

On his Instagram, actor Brian Baumgartner posted a video of him on Friday, August 5, unboxing his cookbook titled Seriously Good Chili which is now available for pre-order on Amazon.

Aside from being handpicked by Baumgartner himself, these 177 recipes came from celebrity chefs, food bloggers, and social media influencers. It also includes a foreword coming from Oscar Nuñez (AKA Oscar Martinez) of The Office and behind the scenes on the iconic chili scene (IYKYK).

Earlier this year, a subscriber from a streaming service noticed that they hid Kevin’s chili recipe on the terms and services of the streaming application.

The Office is an American TV mockumentary sitcom based on a British series of the same name that revolves around the employees of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company branch in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It stars Steve Carrell, Jenna Fischer, and John Krasinski. It ran from 2005 to 2013 and was canceled after 9 seasons because of its low ratings.
