The wizarding world fans are definitely in for a treat as the screenplay cover of the Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, written by J.K. Rowling and Steve Kloves, has been finally revealed.
With the upcoming release of the third installment of the Fantastic Beast film series, The Secrets of Dumbledore, fans are delighted to be blessed with the complete original screenplay of the film, written by J.K. Rowling and Steve Kloves, which also includes behind-the-scenes content and commentary from the director, David Yates, Producer, David Heyman and even some of the cast, Eddie Redmayne, Jude Law, Coleen Atwood, and more.
And to further hype up the fans while waiting for the film’s release, they recently unveiled the screenplay cover, which features a rather familiar beloved phoenix, and one of our favorite castles to magically exist!
The screenplay book cover shows the famous Hogwarts castle, aligned with the magnificent rays of the sun. And gliding over the lake is a majestic and fiery phoenix, which could signify Dumbledore himself, as these creatures are known to be heavily tied with the Dumbledore family, as proven with Fawkes, Albus Dumbledore’s animal companion and defender.
The film’s original screenplay will offer fans a glimpse of behind-the-scenes special features as well as commentary from the director and the cast. Fans can get to know the vision of the director, David Yates, for the film along with accompanying insights from the producer David Heyman. Commentary from key cast members can also allow the readers to be able to broaden their minds about the history of the wizarding world and get to know more about Dumbledore and his secrets.
The additional content of the screenplay also includes behind the scenes from the multi-award-winning production design team, which includes costume designer Colleen Atwood, graphic design studio MinaLima, and others.
The complete screenplay is set to be published globally on the 19th of July, under publishers and distributors, Little, Brown (U.K.), Scholastic (U.S. and Canada), and Pottermore Publishing (ebook).
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is set to be released this April.
