10 Things that happened at the Bryan Adams Get Up Tour in Manila

After more than twenty years, Pinoy fans finally got to sing along live to timeless rock ballads like Summer of 69, Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman, and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You at the Bryan Adams Get Up Tour held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last January 18. The one-night-only show brought here by Wilbros Live is part of the Canadian singer’s world tour to promote his thirteenth studio album, Get Up. Here are 10 cool things that happened at the show:

1. When Bryan Adams let the audience sing the first verse of Heaven:

2. And when the fans just had to sing with him when he played (Everything I Do) I Do It For You:

3. …Aaaand again when he sang Please Forgive Me:

4. When he played songs from his new album, like the song Brand New Day (and yes, that is Helena Bonham Carter on the video that played on the screen):

5. When Bryan Adams looked for a ‘wild girl who can dance’ from the audience and this lady gamely took on the challenge when she was chosen:

6. When Bryan Adams wanted to take a photo of the crowd for his Instagram and everyone posed for it:

Here’s the photo he took and uploaded on his Instagram:

7. When they made a collage video of him from fan-sent headshots and used it for the song ‘Somebody’:

8. When the camera panned the audience and we saw PNP Chief ‘Bato’ dela Rosa havin’ a good time in his front row seat:

9. When we thought the show was over because Bryan and his band waved goodbye and they dimmed the lights on the stage…

But then they all returned and played some more songs!

10. And finally, when the Big Dome was filled with small lights for his last song, All For Love:
