This September, ETC launches its banner show Pitch starring Kylie Bunbury. A fresh hit in the US, the series airs first on Philippine TV and exclusively on ETC. Ginny Baker is a young pitcher who becomes the first woman to play Major League Baseball, groomed for this moment her entire life by her demanding father. Nothing can prepare her for the pressure of representing her gender and being thrust into the media spotlight, or the struggles she’ll face on a personal level with her friends, family, and teammates. Pitch premieres on September 23, Friday at 8 PM on primetime and via satellite at 2 PM.
Game changers like Ginny may have second-guessed themselves at one point, but chose to rise higher. How about in the after-life? In another new series offering of ETC, The Good Place, is a town where those who have been good throughout their life go to once they have passed away. Michael (Ted Danson) is the architect who oversees the town. Eleanor (Kristen Bell) arrives at The Good Place and realizes she doesn’t deserve to be there. With the help of Michael, Eleanor seeks to right her wrongs striving to finally earn her place at The Good Place. Don’t miss the 2-episode premiere special on September 20, Tuesdays at 7PM and via satellite at 2 PM, followed by succeeding all new episodes starting September 23, Fridays at 7:30 PM and via satellite at 2:30 PM.
Adding kick to ETC’s lineup is the all-new season of Scream Queens. The second season of Scream Queens moves out from the college campus into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly funny murder mystery will begin once again. This time, the show will be set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Premieres September 21, Wednesdays at 9 PM and via satellite at 4 PM.
