Kids step up their game in an “extreme version” of Bato Bato Pik


“When your Bato Bato Pik is too basic, you gotta give it a twist.”

Remember when you were a kid and you did all these crazy things to up your game in “Bato Bato Pik” while playing with your friends or siblings? Bato Bato Pik, which is simply, “rock, paper, scissors, is not only a game that we grew up playing just for fun but is also tie-breaker game for us sometimes. And overtime, we’ve learned how to step up our game with different strategies and rules to make Bato Bato Pik much more exciting!

In Thai Facebook page Khabox.com, a video of three kids playing what seems like their own version of Bato Bato Pik went viral. The catch is, whoever loses gets a charcoal “facial rub.”

These kids’ parents probably wouldn’t recognize them when they see their faces all blackened with charcoal!

This also reminds us of a certain episode in the TV series FRIENDS — the one where they play rock paper scissors… and fire!
