At Next Century Partners, he evaluated tech investments, and incubated several startups, including Chikka, where he eventually served as Business Development Director, and Chief Technology Adviser. Currently, Roland is busy as founder and CEO of Telefun. They developed a massively multiplayer TV gaming platform that lets viewers compete for prizes in real-time, and appear on live TV too. Having powered many TV games that have been played by hundreds of thousands and watched by millions, Roland is now consumed by PlayTV, a 24-hour interactive TV channel, to be launched soon by pay TV operators here and abroad. After earning his badge as a full-fledged Ironman triathlete, Roland now spends his rare spare time learning new musical instruments.
