Here’s what you have been waiting for, Filo ARMYs!
South Korean megaband BTS’ iconic pop-up store will officially open in Metro Manila on Saturday, May 29, where fans could treat themselves to their idols’ exclusive merchandise.
In an announcement on Wednesday, May 26, the groups’ fan community on Weverse released the guest information and purchasing guide for the pop-up showcase, which is located on level 3, at the Mega Fashion Hall of one of the largest shopping centers in Mandaluyong City.
According to the advisory, the store’s daily operation schedule will run starting May 29 to Aug. 29, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m, with a total of 13 time slots per day. Only 30 e-tickets will be allotted to guests per time slot.
Since there will be limited time slots per day, fans are encouraged to register through morningKall’s online reservation platform and pick their desired showcase session date and time of visit.
Online reservations will run for hopeful guests every Wednesday for each weekly session, which had already begun on May 26. Fans who were able to secure a slot would get the chance to visit the shop on their preferred session date from the grand opening day until June 4.
During admission, all e-ticket holders are advised to come 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled time slot, proceed to the designated queueing lane, and follow the set of guidelines prior to entering the store.
Fans with e-tickets are entitled to 30 minutes of free and easy shopping, plus an extra 15 minutes for payment and crowd clearing. This will allow store staff to efficiently accommodate the next batch of shoppers.
Meanwhile, a separate queuing lane will also be set up for walk-in guests. However, only five walk-in customers per time slot will be accommodated. In case a scheduled e-ticket holder will not be able to come, supplementary walk-in slots will then be available.
To maintain the safety of all shoppers, everyone is asked to adhere to the store’s COVID-19 health protocols, including the wearing of face masks and face shields, mandatory use of hand sanitizers at the entrance, and observance of one-meter physical distancing at all times.
Guests will also be required to present a screenshot of the MandaTrack QR code upon entering the mall premises. Those with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius and above will be denied entry to the store.
Other than that, be sure to read up on the pop-up showcase’s purchasing guide and additional notices ahead of your scheduled time slot, so you can enjoy your shopping spree and for you to be fully aware of the store’s restrictions. These online reservation details can also be found on morningKall’s Facebook post.
Now that you are all set, do not forget to register sooner and prepare to indulge yourself with everything that the BTS pop-up store has to offer. Best of luck, ARMYs! JB
