Rising artist and pioneer of acoustic/folk-pop, Suriel Hess, shares his new single, “Sick of You” via Ditto. The highly anticipated single reveals Suriel’s love life during a year of isolation and introspection.
“I just wanted to tell the story of what I, and I’m sure many others, have been experiencing during such an unexpected time. When you spend so much time with someone you care about, you notice literally every detail. And this is my story of never getting ‘sick’ of any of them.”
The acoustic-pop ballad was produced/co-written by Peter Fenn (Fiji Blue, Chloe Moriondo, Zachary Knowles, Rence, Maria Isabel, Baby Jake, Dillon Francis) and co-written with Grammy Nominated writer Jesse Fink (John Legend, Renforshort, Leyla Blue, Blue deTiger, AJ Mitchell).
“I always shy away from the truly romantic love songs. With the help from Peter and Jesse, we found a way to write a love song I think everyone can relate to.”
The fresh up-and-comer, who dropped an all-in-one, six-part music video with his last EP, “Overthinking”, continues to showcase his stunning vocal, impeccable production, and honest lyricism.
