This #POPKids entry was submitted by Nicole Anne A. Cobarrubias, who wanted to share the Billie Eilish fan art created by her 12-year-old sister, Sam Cobarrubias.
According to Sam, “I became a Billie Eilish fan because of my classmates. They said [I should] listen to her songs. I did, and they were amazing. She is also very pretty. One of my friends also told me the kind things she did, which made me like her even more.”
