NCT 127 play love-torn vampires out looking for their ‘Favorite (Vampire)’ in latest MV

“Girl, you’re my favorite” (Sana all favorite ng NCT 127)

NCT 127 just greeted NCTzens an early “Happy Halloween!” in their latest MV for their repackaged album’s title track, “Favorite (Vampire)”. NCT 127’s newest repackaged album for “Sticker”, titled “Favorite”, was released on October 25, 2021 at 6 P.M. KST.

The repackaged album consists of eleven tracks from “Sticker” and an additional of three new tracks, “Favorite (Vampire)”, “Love On The Floor”, and “Pilot”. This marks the sub-unit’s “last” activity as listed by SM Entertainment’s planned releases—soon afterward, WayV will return with their second studio album, and the highly anticipated NCT 2021 project with a fresh, new line-up for NCT U.

“Favorite (Vampire)”, as described in prior press releases, is an “R&B pop dance track complete with NCT 127’s signature whistle sounds and rich harmonies”. As written in Soompi, the lyrics express the message that “their lover is their everything and what makes them happy, even when the relationship is moving towards a tragic end.”

The title track was arranged, composed, and produced by South Korean composer Kenzie – a prominent composer signed under SM Entertainment. She has written songs for numerous SM artists such as BoA, Super Junior, TVXQ, Girls Generation, EXO, Red Velvet, and NCT. If that doesn’t ring a bell, then maybe the songs “My Name”, “Into The New World”, “Overdose”, and “Monster” will.

NCTzens around the world are in shambles after seeing and hearing NCT 127’s latest title track, showing their emotions all over Twitter and bringing the group to Twitter’s trending topics.

How are we feeling today, NCTzens? Kaya pa ba? Keep streaming their MV here.
