On Wednesday, Lady Gaga shared the track list for her upcoming sixth studio album, “Chromatica,” revealing the song “Sour Candy” featuring BLACKPINK. After the big reveal, the highly anticipated track quickly became a trending topic online and fandoms from both sides united to hype the collab between Lady Gaga and BLACKPINK — giving birth to #GAGAPINK.
Since its debut in 2016, the South Korean girl group under YG Entertainment composed of Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé, quickly emerged to the top and became one of the most influential K-POP groups in the world. With Lady Gaga being a pop icon who constantly raises the bar in the music industry and BLACKPINK sweeping records with every song they release, the world will surely witness a collaboration like no other!
