Hello Kitty is celebrating her 45th birthday in style, with the launch of a new skincare collaboration.
The Sanrio-owned Japanese character has teamed up with the LA-based, K-beauty skincare label on an eight-piece Celebration Collection, as reported by Allure. The line launches Friday at thecremeshop.com and Ulta Beauty.

The series, which comes presented in cute, kitsch pink and white packaging, spans everything from a Pink Water Crème – Ultra Dewy Face Cream to a Plush Spa Teddy Headband It offers practical skincare tools such as cleansing towelettes and hand cream, as well as little luxuries such as a Brightening Apple Essence Serum and a Me Time! Youth-Promoting Sheet Mask. There is also a setting and priming spray and packet of under-eye hydrogel patches, to complete the collection.
Clearly Hello Kitty is a fan of The Creme Shop — the duo first teamed up back in October 2018 on a joint skincare collection that encompassed sheet masks, lip balms, hand cream and bath bombs and false eyelashes.
The collection is the latest in a series of beauty collaborations for Hello Kitty, who partnered with the manicure brand OPI earlier this month, launching a new 15-shade holiday nail polish collection celebrating the festive season.
This year has also seen the pop culture icon team up with the watchmaker Casio on a special-edition Baby-G watch, while last year saw her release a seven-piece womenswear collection of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories with sportswear giant Puma. CL/JB
