Out of 6 integrated marketing campaign proposals, one totally reign and earn the nods for this year’s Grand Ad Clash entitled “The Breathtaking Battle”.
Grand Ad Clash is an annual competition showcasing the abilities of participants in crafting winning communication plans – from conceptualizing ideas to full-blown executions.
This year’s theme is about tobacco and lung health and the client, Smoke Free Ph, sought the help of the participants in creating an IMC campaign that is aligned with the objectives of this year’s World No Tobacco Day celebration
The contest and awarding ceremony was held at April 10, 2019 in Ayala Malls, Cloverleaf Balintawak Quezon City, with over 400 audiences in attendance.
Competition intensity is kick off by team AS1NTADO with their campaign “Lung Quest”, follows by 2LDOK with “Walastik”, then PR3DATORS “Yosi Break Up Goals: Kaya basta para sa Pamliya”, THINKAD with “No Butts Peeriod”, FUS1ON with “In Quitline: Quitters are Winners” and ends by TEC2NIC (2N) “Hello Fresh Start” campaign.

This year’s panel of judges includes Mr. Robert “Bob” Garcia from DOH Quitline, Sarah Herrera of Health Justice Philippines, Mr. Joerem Ceria from DOH HPCS, Sir. Ebenezer Bonbon from World Hope PH, Ms. Pipay Bisaya national spokeperson of Millennials Philippines and Mr. Joerem Ceria Information Officer II from Department of Health. Additionally from advertising field is Biba Cabuquit from DENTSU Jayme Syfu, Maya Estrada of Ad Standards Council, Rey Tiempo from VMLY&R Philippines and Ali Silao from BBDO Guerrero.
