Engineering Congress 2025: Unearthing breakthroughs in engineering and innovation

The 20th installment of the highly anticipated Engineering Congress (EC) successfully concluded on February 23, 2025, at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Organized by the Civil Engineering Executive Organization (CEO), this national conference brought together students and professionals from various disciplines to engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration, fostering advancements in engineering and innovation.

CEO is a duly-recognized academic organization based in the College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology (CEAT) of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. In its 24 years of promoting academic, social, professional proficiency, and excellence and understanding of the various fields in engineering, the organization continues to strive and cultivate its members’ potential capability in the real world milieu.

The two-day event featured an array of activities, including an in-depth Engineering Seminar, the highly competitive Executives’ Challenge XX, and the much-awaited Career Expo 2025. Each segment played a vital role in enriching the participants’ technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and career opportunities. A portion of the proceeds from the EC will be used to fund the annual outreach programs of the organization.
