After 10 years, Oreo O’s is making a comeback to a cereal aisle near you

The original cereal that gave every ’90s kid an excuse to basically stuff themselves silly with cookies for breakfast is back!

For the unlucky ones who missed out on this treat back when you can still get it on supermarket shelves, Oreo O’s are O-shaped, creme-covered chocolate oat cereal with real Oreo cookie bits. We’re already drooling just thinking about ’em.

A new tab appeared on the Post Consumer Brands website which will take you to a page dedicated to this majestic cereal. The header reads, “New! The highly anticipated sweet return of Oreo O’s Cereal.” Underneath that is a description box that says, “Chocolatey, crunchy O’s with that Oreo cookie taste you love and a rich creme coating combine to give you a bowlful of cookie milk that tastes so good you’ll finish it off with a smile. Dig into the cereal you’ve been missing!” Say no more, fam!

According to a statement given by a Post spokesperson:

“Fans of the iconic OREO O’s cereal will find the product has stayed true to its roots, with OREO cookie bits and a crème coating combined to make the chocolaty, crunchy O’s that can be enjoyed in a bowl with milk, or straight out of the box.”

Oreo O’s will hit US stores this month. Better ask your relatives abroad to make space in their next Balikbayan Box! In the meantime, we can only hope and pray our local supermarkets will import this breakfast favorite.
