Alvanson So, the Regional People Lead of Canva Philippines, took center stage, delivering insights on leadership through simple quotes that he expounded based on his experiences as a leader. His talk was simple yet filled with wisdom that emphasized the symbiotic relationship between collaboration and personal growth. On the other hand,  Jyone Cruz, the External Relations Head of Ateneo CODE, provided a candid exploration of the less-discussed facets of leadership. His talk took a more personal look at what is usually left unsaid about Leadership based on his experiences as a student leader. The attendees were challenged to navigate the nuances of leadership with resilience and adaptability.

The summit actively encouraged interaction and collaboration through simple but effective activities such as interactive games that foster teamwork and form new friendships. Participants left with more than just insights; they carried a sense of camaraderie that extended beyond the event.
