Actress Kathryn Bernardo has recently achieved another milestone on Instagram, becoming one of the most followed Filipino celebrities.
Coming from 18 million followers, she has now reached the 20 million mark, in light of her confirming her breakup with longtime boyfriend Daniel Padilla on November 30. The former couple ended their relationship after being together for 11 years.
Kathryn has now reached the same follower count as Anne Curtis, who also reached the 20 million mark on the platform last December 3.
Social media users were quick to congratulate Kathryn and Anne for their recent achievements.

Anne took to Instagram to thank her followers and wrote, “20 million of you here my dearest IG fam! What a way to end this LA tour. Big kisses to all of you!! People are now keen to see whether she would be able to surpass the “Philippines’ Dyosa” as the most followed Filipino on Instagram.
As of this writing, the raw Instagram follower count indicates that Anne Curtis remains in the lead, with Kathryn Bernardo’s followers still standing at 19.6 million.
