It seems that ARMYs will have to wait two years for a much-awaited comeback.
During his live stream on the online community platform Weverse last August 12, BTS’ RM shared with the fans what they are cooking up as a band in the future. It can be recalled that in the middle of 2022, the boy group went on a hiatus to do solo projects.
According to an SBS Star report, RM claims during his recent talk with fellow member Suga that there were a great number of ARMYs that would want them to make a comeback.
He also made some acknowledgment to the other members who were doing solo projects and undergoing military service. But to him, this hiatus has a different meaning that fans would also understand.
“But as I’m working on my solo project, I keep thinking this way: ‘This is like a vacation’,” said RM.
“What I mean by that is that it’s a kind of vacation that we, BTS and ARMY, need to take to successfully come back as a whole. So, I believe all our solo activities are important trips for our next chapter, and they’re also trips which we must go on in order to safely come back home,” he added.
RM then assured the ARMYs that they will make a comeback sometime in 2025.
