Everyone has experienced having troubles in expressing how they feel, of telling someone their feelings, or of idolizing a certain person.

You’d always play the same scenario over and over again in your head – but end up getting tongue-tied when you’re in front of him/her.

This is true not only in confessing, but also in work. You’d constantly get an amazing idea for work or for a project, but end up just staying mum as you watch your workmates take actions you know can be improved. What’s worse is, you just end up giving your idea to a someone else and have them take credit for your hard work.

This is the everyday life of PR company Brain’s CEO Eum Hwan Gi in the new drama My Shy Boss. He is extremely introverted to the point that only a handful of his employees have seen his face. He wears a black cap and hood everyday — causing rumors spreading that his office on the 4th floor does not house a human, but a ghost.

Eum Hwan gi has been following a young theatre actress named Chae Ro Woon who plays a minor role in the famous play ‘Phatom of the Opera.’ He has never failed to attend a show and will always send flowers to her.
