Flatiron – Pressed Pork Belly in Buffalo Sauce: Pork Belly slathered with buffalo sauce and roasted at a very low temperature over garlic heads; pressed overnight then grilled to order.

Featured in the Holiday dining campaign is Flatiron by the 1771 Group of Companies. At Flatiron, their famous executive chef Vicky Pacheco shares with her customers the Pressed Pork Belly in Buffalo Sauce recipe that is made on the restaurant’s signature iron grill.
