This Holiday season, Uptown Bonifacio, the metro’s newest premier dining destination, is unwrapping a mouthwatering surprise for all families, foodies and epicures.
12 Plates of Christmas features 12 holiday-inspired dishes especially created by the head chefs of Uptown Bonifacio’s most exciting restaurants. Available exclusively at participating Uptown Bonifacio restaurants during the Holiday season, 12 Plates of Christmas is guaranteed to bring any Christmas celebration extra delicious and extra special.
Featured in the Holiday dining campaign is Flatiron by the 1771 Group of Companies. At Flatiron, their famous executive chef Vicky Pacheco shares with her customers the Pressed Pork Belly in Buffalo Sauce recipe that is made on the restaurant’s signature iron grill.
Also participating in the campaign is Filipino family restaurant Fely J’s, which is featuring the holiday-inspired Roast Pineapple Spring Chicken with Baked Sweet Potatoes.
Dip an assortment of fruits and pastry at Melt Grilled Cheesery as they add more sweetness to the season with their chocolatey treat Toblerone Fondue.
Meanwhile, Peperoni Pizzeria offers a new kind of luxury this Christmas through the limited edition Foie Gras Pizza. Indulge in the season with a decadent pizza made with Napolitani sauce, Foie Gras slices, parma ham chips, button mushroom, spinach, onion, and finished off with a soft egg and a Truffle Oil drizzle.
For another sweet Christmas delight, visit Birdhouse during the holidays for a taste of the Waffle and Ice Cream with Chicken Skin. This dessert treat offers a unique twist on the Southern American fried chicken on waffle dishes.
For seafood lovers, Backyard Kitchen + Brew is presenting the Chorizo + Mussels for a taste of the sea. This dish is made with fresh mussels and flavorful Spanish chorizo for a savory seafood experience.

Celebrate the season with this loaded chicken dish at El Corazon. The Chicken Galantina is a stuffed surprise similar to our local relleno. Order this sophisticatedly complex Spanish dish and enjoy a Hispanic feast this Christmas with the family.
For those who want a more exotic celebration, take your holiday party to Naxional South American Diner and try the Arepa de Pollo. This dish is made with corn based flour imported from Venezuela.
