Join the biggest Global Youth Summit yet this February

MANILA, Philippines – The Global Youth Summit is an annual gathering of thousands of young people from all over the Philippines and the world for a day of engaging talks from local and international speakers, story-sharing and various activities.

 

Now on its fourth year, Global Youth Summit 2016 will be the biggest one yet, inviting over 10,000 senior high school and college student delegates. The event will be held on February 6, 2016 at the SM MoA Arena from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

 

With the theme, “One World,” GYS 2016 will be all about how every young person, no matter the country nor background, be able to activate their potential and build a future together.

 

From 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, delegates will get the chance to listen to an array of renowned speakers on topics such as Peace & Youth Volunteerism in 2016, Sparking Young Potential and Passion, and One Youth for the World.

 

Our esteemed lineup of speakers include former Chilean Ambassador to the Philippines, Ambassador Roberto Mayorga, founder of Calidad Humana Project, Bai Rohaniza Sumndad-Usman, Founder of Teach Peace Build Peace Movement, and Bernard Kerblat, Chief of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. The lineup also includes Jinsoo Kim, Regional President of Global Peace Foundation Regional President for Asia-Pacific, Engr. Aisa Mijano, founder & CEO, SALT (Sustainable Alternative Lighting), Dr. Florida C. Labugen, President, Philippine Society of NSTP Educators and Implementers Inc., Joyce Pring, Radio Jock/Youth influencer, and many more!

 

From 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, GYS will transform into a Youth Festival, where delegates can enjoy a an awesome lineup of talented bands and performers.
