XChange 2022: Transcend resilience, challenge change

The Organization Development Seminar, organized by the Ateneo Consultants for Organizational Development and Empowerment, will be held from March 26 – April 9, 2022. Each participating organization will participate in five live sessions over this period.

Transcend Resilience. Challenge Change. Amidst current realities in the nation, such as the COVID pandemic, an onslaught of natural and manmade disasters, the rapid spread of misinformation posing a shadow over the upcoming elections, and widespread social and economic inequalities; what does it mean to transcend resilience, and challenge change?

While these realities are daunting, especially to us, the youth, we can conquer these, and transcend resilience by taking our destiny into our own hands. We can challenge change and redefine our future, while constantly rethinking our approach to positive, lasting impact. Be it in our own circles, or even within ourselves, to face the colossal problems of the time requires the courage to hope, and sustained, albeit small, nudges in the right direction.

Xchange 2022 Challenge Transcend ResilienceChange

For all youth organizations nationwide who do possess the courage to hope, and the willingness to contribute to something greater by nudging and being nudged themselves; the Ateneo Consultants for Organizational Development and Empowerment (CODE) eagerly invites you to XChange 2022, an organization development seminar spanning over two weeks, from March 26 to April 9.

XChange 2022 is our answer to the question: what does it mean to transcend resilience, and challenge change? Through rigorously crafted and research-based modules, along with a brilliantly-designed program featuring development-minded individuals and professional changemakers as keynote speakers, we facilitate the application of leadership tools and mindsets in youth organizations. With these tools and mindsets, we aim for participating youth organizations to bravely innovate and challenge their ideas of conventional change.

Xchange 2022 Challenge Transcend ResilienceChange

Our call to action for the youth is to constantly rethink our approach when it comes to contributing to positive, lasting impact. We must adapt to constantly shifting contexts, and realize  the steps we can take today to transcend resilience and take our destiny into our own hands.

This year’s XChange also marks the return of the Subsidy Program! Through this, CODE aims to provide an equal opportunity for all organizations across the Philippines to participate in the seminar and develop themselves without having to worry about expenses getting in the way.
