Go beyond limits, experience OPM at Horizons

April 30th, 2021

Remember when live concerts used to be a thing? Yeah, that was nostalgic.

On May 2, transcend limits and experience music. Join the UP Economics Society, a non-stock, non-profit, socio-civic student organization based in the UP School of Economics and one of the organizers behind the annual ROOTS Music Festival, in an OPM night at HORIZONS: An Online Benefit Concert.

Listen to Gloc-9, The Juans, Johnoy Danao, and other household names in the OPM industry as they serenade us with our faves. Witness up and coming artists showcase their talents and discover the hottest new tunes. Yani Villarosa (@yanihatesu) and Victor Donceras will also be there to hype the party as hosts. Tune in on the live stream concert on the UP Economics Society Facebook page, starting at 7PM, and enjoy an OPM virtual concert experience!

At the root of it, HORIZONS is for the benefit of UP Ecosoc’s 14 scholars. The organization is dedicated to its socio-civic cause of bridging the gap between these deserving scholars and their pursuit for education. Moreover, they have also pledged to allocate a portion of their donations to those severely affected by the pandemic. You can be a part of this, too. Support this cause in any amount you can.
