Rupert Grint, also known as Ron Weasley in JK Rowling’s bestselling series Harry Potter, just recently joined Instagram and has beaten Sir David Attenborough’s record from holding the fastest time to reach a million followers in Instagram.
In all eight Harry Potter films, Rupert Grint played the role of Ron Weasley, the pure-blooded mischievous wizard of Weasley family, who is perhaps best known for beating Lord Voldemort along with his best friend Harry.
On November 10, the actor officially joined the world of Instagram and made his debut by introducing his six-month-old daughter, Wednesday.

According to Guinness World Records, Ron’s followers reached a million mark in just four hours and one minute, beating Sir David Attenborough’s record faster by 43 minutes.
On September, Sir David Attenborough quickly made it to the number one spot of Instagram record holders list after reaching a million of Instagram followers in four hours and forty-four minutes followed by F.R.I.E.N.D.S actor Jennifer Aniston with 5 hours and 44 minutes.
