The town of Echague will be celebrating its rich and vibrant culture through the annual grandiose Mengal Festival. This year, we are going to have our first international dance competition, UNBOUNDED: Echague International Dance Competition a dynamic and unique dance event that will take place at the Echague Municipal Grounds, Isabela Province in the Philippines from October 25-26, 2018.
- A dance competition with teams coming from all over the world. This year we have 13 local teams and 3 international teams competing for the grand prize of Php 1,000,000.

The main aim of this event is strengthen the bond within the international dance community. At the same time, this event also aims to help elevate the dance scene in the Philippines to a higher international standard and help create a more positive and supportive environment for all dancers, regardless of age and skill level, to grow. It will also be a great avenue to promote the culture of the Philippines by touring the beautiful city of Isabela.
