Anime fans are set for a trip down memory lane, as the anime series that ran way back in 2015 to late 2016, ‘Assassination Classroom,’ announced a film adaptation to be released in Japan on March 20, 2026.

The upcoming movie titled ‘Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody’s Time’ will be a compilation of episodes that did not make it to the series due to time constraints.
The teaser visual revealed Nagisa and Karma, the main protagonists, walking through their old school building wherein the corridor was filled with visuals from the previous anime series.

The film was also created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the beloved anime series.
Alongside the teaser-visual, a special report video was released. It featured newly revealed scenes previously cut from the anime and new narration about eliminating the octopus-like teacher, Koro-sensei.

Muse Communication—a group of companies offering professional services in licensing, distribution, sales, and many more—announced that the Philippines will be included in the movie’s 2026 distribution. However, there is still no news on the film’s exact release date outside of Japan.
‘Assassination Classroom’ follows a class of junior high school students tasked by the government to take down the their unbeatable, Mach-20-speed teacher, Koro-sensei, after he destroyed part of the moon and threatened to destroy Earth next.
