“Butter” flies away—Aspin puppy migrates to Canada

A Facebook post from a Canadian blogger living in the Philippines went viral recently as it featured photos of an adorable aspin puppy—earning a good amount of heart and care reactions from people online.

The blogger recalls the story of how he fostered a stray puppy when it showed up on his doorstep in Cagayan de Oro City. He describes how his friend Bret from Canada, who was staying with him at the time, made a connection with the puppy.

The puppy was wittingly named “Butter” to compliment Bret—like bread and butter. Just like how those things go hand in hand, the two of them became inseparable.

Bret, who is also a vlogger on YouTube, has been documenting his time with his beloved dog.

Bret and Butter have since moved to Canada for the foreseeable future. The dog even has her own Instagram page (@butterbeenz) where fans can see what the two have been up to.

While it looks like Butter has been enjoying her new home, we can’t wait to see them on their next adventure.
