Mission accomplished! Dog buys a pack of Cheetos to satisfy its owner’s cravings

Whether it’s providing emotional support to people with depression or assistance to military members, it’s no secret that dogs can be trained for any given situation. But for this guy, who lives in Mexico, his chihuahua was born with a different purpose—and that is to become his “trusted errand runner.”

Reported by BoredPanda, it seems that this dog just earned a new title (aside from being a man’s best friend) for successfully fetching her owner’s food craving requests. Since pets can’t contract COVID-19, Antonio Munoz asked his fur buddy to buy him a bag of Cheetos from a grocery store across the street where he lives.

In a now-viral Facebook post (with 25K likes and 240K shares), Munoz wrote in the caption: “Day three of quarantine. I really wanted my ‘Cheetos.'”

Before sending out his dog to its very first mission, Munoz attached a note to her collar saying: “Hello Mr. Shopkeeper. Please sell my dog some Cheetos, the orange kind, not the red ones, they’re too hot. She has $20 attached to her collar. WARNING: She will bite if not treated right. Your front neighbor.”

After doing some sort of conditioning (and convincing!), his dog finally came back with a bag of Cheetos in her mouth.

Despite Chihuahua’s known aggression, this dog was able to execute her task with ease and grace. Mission accomplished!
