Now that 2019 is drawing to a close, it is time to take stock of the fashion trends that marked the year. The 1990s was a key theme, often present on the runways and on the shelves of major retailers, with plenty of flashy colors, sportswear looks and kitsch accessories. Cycling shorts, fluorescent hues and logos, also inspired by the final decade of the 20th century, were updated to suit contemporary tastes by today’s designers.
