For the first time at Mapúa University Senior High School, the department will launch Mapúa SHS Week 2019 with the theme: Seeking for Equality: Igniting the Core Abilities of Resilient and Diverse Individuals to Nurture and Achieve a Lasting Sportsmanship.
A week full of competitions that will challenge the SHS Mapúans in sports and games, and culture and arts is prepared to expose its students’ spirit and capabilities beyond the four corners of their classrooms on both campuses of Mapúa University — Intramuros and Makati — starting on the November 17, 2019 until November 23, 2019.
As part of the Mapúa SHS Week 2019, the Mapúa University Senior High School Student Council will conduct a fun run event before the official start of the week-long celebration.
The totality of events for the Mapúa SHS Week 2019 are plans from the Student Council, SHS Clubs, Academic Strand Societies, and faculty who promise to commence the week with fun, sportsmanship, and great experience for everyone.
In line with the Entrepreneurship (MGT01) course of the SHS Mapúans, the students will also launch and sell their products on the said week in fulfilment to their course requirement.
The candidates for the annual search for Mr. and Ms. Mapúa University Senior High School 2019 to be held on December 5, 2019 (Thursday) will be officially introduced and presented during the awarding ceremony on the last day of the Mapúa SHS Week, 23rd of November.
