In order to celebrate the short but well-lived life of Keith Flint, we’ve listed down 4 songs that best described the life and persona of the legendary singer.

‘Run With The Wolves’

PRODIGY - RUN WITH THE WOLVES

In an interview with Clash Magazine, Keith Flint said that this track originated from a vocal idea he had. “I’d put down on this mic we had set up at all times just to mess about with. And obviously, I put a lot of s–t on there, but some good stuff too,” he told Clash.

The song featured Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl on drums – who also contributed to the writing of the music.

‘Invaders Must Die’

According to Song Facts, The Prodigy keyboardist and producer Liam Howlett stated, “ Can’t remember whether it was Keith or Maxim, but one of them went, ‘F–k it – invaders must die!’ I was like, that’s the album title right there. We’re not f—ing around, man. We are The Prodigy!'”

‘Warrior’s Dance’

This is the first song Keith Flint, Liam Howlett, and Maxim Reality had recorded together for a number of years. It also served as the catalyst of the trio.

‘Nasty’

Keith Flint described the lyrical content of this song to Q Magazine.  He told the magazine one of his friends called him Mr. Nasty, which prompted him to write the song.

“Because he heard me going on about somebody I wanted to stab in the throat. You get the vibe. There is an inner timebomb that can be triggered. And I think that’s when people get shocked by who I am,” he told the publication.
