Filipino vlogger and entrepreneur Rosmar Tan has been the talk of the town online with her announcement regarding the “R Big Sister House.”
The concept of the said “R Big Sister House” is similar to the currently airing reality TV show “Pinoy Big Brother.”
In a series of TikTok posts made by the vlogger, applicants who can enter the house are those who are between 18-30 years old. The house is free, with electricity, water, WiFi, and food. Accepted housemates will be staying at her Tagaytay mansion for three months.

She also mentioned that if applicants are willing to sign the contract, are hardworking, and want to become famous, then this opportunity is for them.
Social media users, some puzzled by this move, took to the comments to share their thoughts about R Mansion House.
One user wrote, “Pati ba naman si big brother kakalabanin na? [Competing with big brother as well?]”
Another user wrote, “ANO NANAMAN YAN MA [What is this again mom]”.
“Mi naman nilalaro mo kami e [Mi you’re playing with us again],” a third user wrote.
More social media users shared their thoughts in the comments section, with some even noting that she is now competing with Big Brother.
TikToker Marries Cabral also shared her thoughts on the platform stating that she doesn’t know if she’s just playing with the people.
“Nakita ko kasi nagtayo siya ng R Big Sister House parang mala Big Brother. Titira ka daw dun ng three months ganun [I saw that she built the R Big Sister House like Big Brother. You’ll live there for three months like that],” Cabral said.
She ended the video stating, “Nantitrip ka na naman Rosmar. Tigilan mo kami [You’re playing with us again, Rosmar. Not us].”
Rosmar Tan is a Filipino vlogger, entrepreneur, and CEO of her own skin care brand, Rosmar International. She is known for following businesses that take the internet by storm, such as Pares Overload and Champorado, to name a few.
As “R Big Sister House” begins to stir conversations online, the concept has certainly captured attention with its promise of a free stay, complete with essentials and a chance at fame.
However, many people remain skeptical. Will Rosmar’s venture thrive, or will it become another subject of critique?
