BINI does a ‘laro’ with Jabbawockeez-inspired airport look, shows how to clap back at bashers

Rather than succumbing to negativity, the nation’s rising P-pop girl group, BINI, has turned criticism into an opportunity to clap back following the continuous bashing online.

Last week, BINI made headlines when they arrived in Cebu, concealing their faces with masks, shades, and caps, which quickly sparked a wave of backlash, with some accusing the group of being arrogant, and soon, the group was the target of a series of online memes, including comparisons to the renowned dance crew Jabbawockeez, with others jokingly suggesting that the girl group should dress in a similar style for their next appearance.

In a surprising and bold move, BINI heard then delivered!

Instead of retreating or attempting to soothe their bashers, BINI saw an opportunity to turn the situation on its head.

Through their Instagram stories, the group revealed themselves wearing Jabbawockeez-inspired outfits at the airport on their way to their BINIverse concert at General Santos City, carrying forward the momentum they’ve generated.

Of course, by handling the situation with an unexpected move, they shifted the narrative and won over the hearts of fans and critics alike.

With just a snap, BINI showed the world how to handle public scrutiny with humor and ingenuity.
