“I told myself I’m giving myself two more years to be sick. At 30, I’m having a rebirth, and I’m not gonna be sick. And I’m gonna look super hot and have lots of energy. And I’m just gonna get to redo my 20s in my 30s,” she continued.

The singer did not disclose the specifics of her diagnosis, but she mentioned the Lupus Research Alliance and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the Instagram post. According to a press release, Halsey has been making donations to these organizations as well.

Her new single, “The End,” is now available on major streaming platforms. It delves deeply into the singer’s physical and mental struggles as she continues her battle against various illnesses.

“long story short, I’m lucky to be alive,” she captioned the post. “Short story long, I wrote an album. It begins with The End. Out now.”

Just two years prior, Halsey candidly revealed to her fans her diagnoses of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Sjogren’s syndrome, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).

With her latest health update, fans have shown admiration and support for the singer, with one of them saying, “I will love you until the end of time. You are so strong h, we will get through this together.”

Halsey is widely recognized for her hit songs like “Without Me,” “Bad at Love,” “Colors,” and “Nightmare.” She’s also collaborated with renowned musicians such as The Chainsmokers on “Closer” and American rapper G-Eazy on “Him & I.”
