Several internet users were left concerned as Twitch streamer ExtraEmily’s chaotic home was shown during her live broadcast. In her stream, “WAKING UP FROM BED (UNFILTERED) AND MEAL PREP,” from February 10, 2024, she was joined by CinnaBrit, another streamer, who requested ketchup. While Emily went to get the packets from her room, she broadcasted an inside look at her home, which was strewn with clothes and personal items.
At many points on her way to her room, she had to walk over and sometimes even tread on the various things scattered over the floor. There was even a portion of the room that was entirely covered by her stuff.
The degree of upkeep Emily gave her home left online users disappointed. Some people found it offensive and repulsive that she has such a disorganized house while bragging about it.
Following the episode, viewers of Reddit’s r/LivestreamFail community remarked on the streamer’s conduct.
Given that ExtraEmily had previously displayed her home in a comparable state a year prior, some speculated that it had been a habit of hers.
In addition, many people expressed worries about the streamer’s health and made assumptions about why she failed to take better care of the house.
To recall, Emily drew criticism from viewers during a livestream when she unexpectedly broke down while working out at the gym, leading some to speculate that Emily might not be in stable mental health due to lack of sleep.
Others also drew attention to the fact that she shared her home with her housemates and that “her mess” wasn’t limited to her room alone.
ExtraEmily is well-known for her Just Chatting broadcasts, in which she frequently posts Grand Theft Auto V NoPixel 4.0 RP material alongside vlogging about her daily activities, like working out. The streamer has over 300,000 followers online who viewed her content for more than 11 million hours in total.
