Swiftâs top 50 best-selling songs were collated into a list in random order and he was asked to name each song from the first few lines of the lyrics that were read aloud without the music in the background.
âI have been listening to Taylor Swift since my childhood. I am a die-hard fan of her,â Bilal stated. âI have listened to each and every song of hers. I can identify almost any song of hers from the lyrics.â
Bilal believes that breaking this record is the âbest way on Earthâ to show his love for Taylor Swift who also has multiple Guinness World Record titles under her belt.
He revealed that he went into an âextensive listening sessionâ that resulted in the songs becoming ingrained into his brain and says that he often recites the lyrics while heâs sleeping.
Although he prepared for this, he revealed that the lyrics being spoken aloud instead of being sung by Swift adds another layer of difficulty.
Prior to his recent record title, he received other Guinness World Record titles. Back in 2021, he received his first title, âMost animals identified in one minuteâ after naming 23 sounds, and just last year he broke the record for âMost Justin Bieber songs identified from their lyrics in one minuteâ naming 29 songs surpassing the previous record by seven.
âThis record is my favorite of all of them,â he said. âBeing called a âCertified Swiftieâ or âOfficially Amazing Swiftieâ is such an incredible feeling.â
