At 20M followers, Anne Curtis-Smith remains the most followed Filipino on Instagram

Despite the number of Filipino personalities and influencers growing their footprint on Instagram, one celebrity continues to reign over all of them in terms of scale. The Philippines’ Dyosa, Anne Curtis-Smith, sits still as the most followed Filipino on Instagram, with over 20 million followers on record.

The actress and host recently shared her social media milestone of reaching 20 million followers on IG. “20 million of you here my dearest IG (Instagram) Fam. What a way to end this LA tour. Big kisses to all of you!! And a big Thank you @davidkomalondon for this Mother of Pearl look. Dying! Sending love and light to everyone,” she wrote on her post with the hashtag #20MilliAnne.

As of writing, trailing behind her are Kathryn Bernardo with 19.9 million, Liza Soberano with 17.9 million, Niana Guerrero with 13.3 million, and Pia Wurtzbach with 14.5 million followers.

Anne is the first Filipino to reach this milestone.

It can be noted that Anne just recently ended her concert in Los Angeles, California titled, “Luv-Anne,” proving that she is not just an actress and a host, but also a performer. Moreover, Anne is also an entrepreneur. She successfully established her own cosmetics brand called “BLK Cosmetics” with over 26 store branches.

Anne started her showbiz career way back in 1997 where she debuted in Magic Kingdom and later on signed a contract with Viva Films and GMA Network. In 2004, she transferred to ABS-CBN, which paved the way to her multi-faceted, multi-awarded career. She already has two FAMAS Awards, two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards, and a Luna Award to her name.
