Thai BL loveteams JoongDunk & JimmySea finally meet Filo fans during 1st GMMTV Fanmeet in MNL

It was a memorable day for the BL (Boys’ Love) fans as they were in for a day of bonding and interaction with their favorite loveteams during the GMMTV Fan Day 8 last November 18, which was held at The Podium Hall in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong.

Archen Aydin, Natachai Boonprasert, Jitaraphol Potiwihok, and Tawinan Anukoolprasert headlined their first-ever fan meeting in the country.

In the first part of the event, the DungJangs went in for a treat as the reel couple Aydin and Natachai, better known as Joong and Dunk respectively, took their fan service up a notch with them opening the stage on matching outfits with the song “First Love” by artist Nont Tanont.

The “Hidden Agenda” duo enthusiastically responded to personal questions and teasing requests from solid and diehard shippers of the two stars, even playfully clamoring for them to play the second season of “Only Friends.”

They also played the prepared games for them which was filled with laughter and banters coming from the on-screen partners.

Joong and Dunk proved that they are well-rounded artists, showcasing their other talents such as performing “Dum Dum” together which they also showed last LOL FANFEST, dancing to the tune of P-Pop group SB19’s hit song “Gento,” as well as Joong singing Khaotung’s “Let’s Try” from the “Only Friends” soundtrack while Dunk presented a cover of “My School President” OST “Rock & Star” by actor Fourth.

In the latter part of their fanmeet, a heartfelt video fan project made by dedicated DungJangs was shown.

“But I just I love it here already,” said Dunk in their ending ment, who had just visited Manila for the first time. “Everyday you made my special day, special.”

“Sometimes you guys type your own languages right, but I will always click translate,” he shares about the constant messages and encouragements fans send on his social media. “I will always translate and try to understand everyone.”

The screen partners conclude the first session by performing their own song “No More Empty Nights” which was a song from their installment of “Our Skyy 2.”

For the second part of GMMTV’s fan day, the “Last Twilight” couple JimmySea, composed of Potiwihok and Anukoolprasert, entered the stage with the loudest cheers and screams from their energetic fandom, NomNoms.

Commonly known by their nicknames Jimmy and Sea respectively, the ment began with a conversation about the Miss Universe pageant, which Jimmy is extremely passionate about. Of course, he is rooting for Miss Thailand.

Moreover, they fruitfully talked about their previous and recent series namely “Last Twilight” which Jimmy said fans should look forward to the upcoming episodes as more exciting and phenomenal scenes will happen as the drama continues.

Jimmy and Sea then showed their strong chemistry and relationship in their edition of the game segment. Afterward, the actors presented their talent for singing “Just Friend?” from the smash series “Bad Buddy” and Good Old Days soundtrack “Good Time.”

They also took the chance to appreciate, interact, and be close to their loyal NomNoms as much as possible as both of them were touched when they watched the fan video pleasantly made by the NomNoms PH fan club.

“It is my first time but not the last time,” reminds Jimmy to the crowd in their concluding message. “And very soon we hope to see you.”

“Last Twilight already aired. We need kind of your power, me and Sea and other crews. We worked very hard for this. We hoped you to be happy to watch this and make your good Friday. Just 3 months. It will be imprinted in your hearts forever,” he added.

In the end, the “Last Twilight” partners shared the stage to sing “Better Days” which was also originally performed by them for the soundtrack of their present show.
