Jonah Hill has long been under the spotlight. He is an American actor widely known for his comedic roles in several films, “Superbad,” “Knocked Up,” and “The Wolf of Wall Street,” to name a few. But now, eyes are on Jonah Hill again, this time, not because of any movie role.
Professional surfer Sarah Brady recently leaked screenshots of text messages from ex-boyfriend, Jonah Hill, while they were still dating.
Before anything else, here is a bit (literally) of a background of their relationship:
Sarah Brady posted a picture of her surfing in a bathing suit. Through that post, Jonah Hill responded by sliding into her DMs. From then on, they dated for around a year. There really is not much to tell beyond that, except that…
Brady is a professional surfer. That is her job. Do not forget that.
However, the “boundaries” set by Hill to Brady seemed to have gone overboard. Brady is not allowed to do a lot of things that go in contrary to what she cannot control especially with her line of work. What is worse is that Hill tried to weaponize therapy-speak to control Brady from who she gets to work with, her modeling career, her social media presence, how she dresses, and who she can be friends with. Check out the full and detailed list through this tweet:
Not sure what therapist Jonah Hill is seeing but let me clarify something:
Boundaries are personal.
Things you establish for yourself. This is control. He is attempting to control her & suggest that if she doesn't allow him to control her, she is violating his “boundaries”. pic.twitter.com/f2VIqOyfSa

There is a difference between boundaries and claiming control. The fact that Hill got into these “boundaries” in the middle of the relationship is absurd because he already knows beforehand what Brady does for a living. But at that point in time, it seemed like he wanted her to change everything altogether just so she would not violate his so-called boundaries that just sounds like rules from an insecure boy.
And it gets even crazier—in one of the texts Brady posted, Hill said, “I love how your therapist thinks I suck. I am literally the best boyfriend on earth.”
In case you are a bit confused, here is a meme explaining things for you.
Everyone struggles with mental health, but I cannot point out how wrong it is to use it to control people like how Hill tried to do so. So, if your partner starts to talk to you that way, work on your exit plan now. You do not want this to be the Jonah Hill you are going to die on.
