Super Junior’s Heechul is mistaken by a security as a fanboy of his own group

Yup, that’s exactly what happened when some security personnel mistook Super Junior’s Heechul as a fan.

Multiple fans have spotted the 39-year-old at the Da Nang International Airport in Vietnam — holding a sign to show support for the cast of the Korean series Knowing Bros. Things got funny when he ran into the cast of the said series.

As soon he runs through his fellow member Shindong, the bodyguard of the said series mistakes him for being a fan — which leads the latter to block him immediately.

The security let Heechul pass right after the cast’s clarification that he wasn’t just a fan. What’s even funnier here is that the security mistook him for being just a fanboy and not a member of the K-pop group neither as one of the cast of the Korean series while in disguise.

This is not the first time that security personnel mistook a Korean celebrity as some sort of an avid fan. Fans on Twitter are reminded of the time when security personnel in the WINNER concert mistook Super Junior’s Donghae as a fan while also in disguise.
