K-Drama fans react over upcoming reunion of Kim Woo-bin and Bae Suzy in new drama

South Korean stars Bae Suzy and Kim Woo-bin are confirmed to be reuniting in a fantasy romantic-comedy project called “All Your Wishes Will Come True.”

Hwa&Dam Pictures made the announcement that the two South Korean actors will be working together in the new series.

The new project will be written by Kim Eun Sook, who is known for different K-dramas such as “Goblin,” “Heirs,” and “The Glory.”

The first time Woo-bin and Bae Suzy worked together was during the hit K-drama “Uncontrollably Fond” in 2016. This follows the story of two people who used to be lovers who met again after years with the memories of their breakup remaining in their minds.

Other cast members of this drama include Lim Ju-hwan, Lim Ju-Eun, Jin Kyung, and many more.

As the 2016 drama left some memories and impact on viewers, many fans could not help but express their excitement and thoughts that the two actors will finally have a new drama again after several years.
“Uncontrollably Fond” became a trending topic on the platform as fans also looked back on the drama following the news of Bae Suzy and Woo-bin’s reunion.

“Can’t believe I’m finally going to see them in a romcom after all the frustration and pain Uncontrollably Fond gave me,” an online user wrote in a tweet, referring to Bae Suzy and Woo-bin’s new drama. “A better plot and happy ending this time,” the user added.

“I cried my eyes out watching uncontrollably fond so i am happy this one is a romcom,” another online user tweeted.

Many of the fans are hoping that the two actors will finally have a happy ending in the upcoming drama, primarily because of the story of the actors’ last drama together.

Below are some reactions of the fans on Twitter after they learned that the two actors will be reuniting again:

Aside from “Uncontrollably Fond,” Bae Suzy has been known for a lot of other K-dramas throughout the years including “Start-Up,” “Vagabond,” and “While You Were Sleeping.”
