Kim Seon Ho set to make his big screen debut in an action thriller film slated for June 2023 release

South Korean actor Kim Seon Ho will make his movie debut in the new film ‘The Childe.’

Kim Seon Ho has been known for the Korean dramas ‘Hometown Cha-cha-cha’ and ‘Startup’, but he will take a slightly different project this time as he is set to star in an action movie.

The film revolves around the story of a man named Marco (Kang Tae-joo) who wanted to become a boxer and later went to South Korea to find his father. Marco’s mother is a Filipino while his father is a Korean. He was soon being chased by an organization that was owned by the Nobleman (Kim Seon Ho).

The two met on their way to South Korea. The nobleman sat beside Marco to introduce himself as his friend. Marco became involved with a lot of fights with unidentified people.

The trailer also presented Han Yi-sa (Kim Kang Woo) who is part of a very rich family and a woman (Go A-ra) who is involved with Marco and the people chasing him.

Together with the teaser posters, the teaser trailer of the film has been released recently.

As it is the South Korean actor’s movie debut, his fans could not hold their joy and excitement:

‘The Childe’ will be Kim Seon Ho’s debut on the big screens. This is the actor’s first project since the drama series ‘Hometown Cha-cha-cha’ in 2021. It can be remembered the the actor also got involved in an abortion scandal in the same year.

The film is set to be released on June 21 in South Korea. It will also premiere in the Philippines on July 5.
