BTS’ Jimin to debut solo album titled ‘FACE’ in March

The long wait is over for Jimin stans. PJM1 is coming!

Global superstar Jimin of BTS first teased his com during a Weverse Live broadcast earlier this month.

BIGHIT Music, the artist’s agency, announced on February 22, 2023 that Jimin will be releasing his first studio album entitled ‘FACE’ with a release date on March 24 at 1 pm KST.

Hello,

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

BTS member Jimin will be releasing his first solo album “FACE.”

“FACE” is all about Jimin facing himself head-on as he gets ready for his next step as a solo artist.

Jimin will see the fans through various activities including the “FACE” release, so we ask for your continued interest and support for Jimin’s first official solo activity.”

The press release states that the album “delves into Jimin’s story of fronting his true self and making a new leap forward as an artist. Through FACE, Jimin will present his own musicality with distinct timbre and impeccable dance performance.”

The album have three versions: Invisible Face (CD), Undefinable Face (CD), and Weverse Album (digital).

Pre-order begins on February 22, 11 am KST via the Weverse Shop.

Along with the announcement of the album, a teaser for “FACE” was also released. Here’s a sneak peak!

The ‘Promise’ singer has been working on his first solo record over the past year as part of BTS’ “Chapter 2.”

The BTS member recently teamed up with Taeyang for their song ‘VIBE’. He was also named as the global ambassador for Dior, and made his ‘Paris Fashion Week’ debut alongside fellow BTS member J-hope.
